Summary
Travel Itinerary Templates has no accounts and no sign-up. The templates run in your browser, and the trips, lists and budgets you enter are never sent to us. We do not set our own cookies and we do not run analytics scripts. We may show ads from third-party vendors, including Google; the advertising section below explains how those vendors use cookies and how you can opt out.
What happens on your device
- Saved trips. The itinerary template saves up to 3 trips in your browser’s local storage (key
travel-itinerary-v1). A trip holds what you type: the trip name, dates, home base, travelers, destinations, and each day’s activities with times, places and notes. Delete a trip with the Delete button, or clear this site’s data in your browser settings. - Packing lists and budget. The packing lists (keys starting
tit-packing-v1:) save your ticks, added or removed items, preset and number of nights. The trip budget sheet (keytit-budget-v1) saves your amounts, rows, currency, nights, days, travelers and buffer. Both stay in this browser. - Exports and imports. CSV, text and JSON exports are built in your browser and saved straight to your device. A JSON file you import is read by your browser and is not uploaded. Print / Save PDF uses your browser’s print dialog.
- Example links. An “Open this example” link adds
?example=to the address so the template can load that sample; the template then removes it from the address bar. - Files from this site only. Pages load nothing from other websites.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted by Vercel. To deliver pages and keep the service secure, the hosting servers receive and log standard request details, such as your IP address, the page requested, the time of the request, the referring page and your browser and device type. We use this information only to run and protect the site, and we do not combine it with other information to identify you. See Vercel’s privacy policy for how the host handles these logs.
Cookies
Travel Itinerary Templates does not set its own cookies. Cookies and similar technologies, such as local storage, may be set by third-party vendors that would serve ads on this site if ads are shown, as described below. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the tools on this site do not need cookies to work.
Advertising
We may show ads from third-party vendors, including Google. If ads are shown:

Children
The site is a general-audience reference and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If the site’s practices change, for example if we add analytics or a new ad network, we will update this page first and change the date at the top.
