What to include
- The address of every venue and the group rental.
- A dress code for each event (casual, smart casual, dressy, theme).
- The cost per person and how it will be split.
- Who booked what, with confirmation numbers.
- Each guest's arrival and departure times.
- An emergency contact and the rental's check-out time.
